Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As a Senior React Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows. You will also be collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and optimize existing ones. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in React.js development and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 8-22 years of experience in React.js development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its modern frameworks/libraries
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to improve usability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during the development process
