We are seeking a talented and motivated Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the organic search visibility of our company's websites. This is a full-time position located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Proven track record of improving organic search visibility and driving website traffic
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Proficient in using SEO tools and analytics platforms

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our websites' search engine rankings
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize content
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for maximum organic visibility
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive qualified traffic to our websites
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
• Provide recommendations for website improvements and technical SEO enhancements
