Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Software Engineer to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Java software development and possess in-depth knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Java software development
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Core Java
• Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets coding standards and best practices
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
• Work closely with product management and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver software features and enhancements
