Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java/Kotlin/Python Developer to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As a developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using Java, Kotlin, and Python. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in software development. The job location is Pune, Maharashtra, India, and the employment type is remote.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Python
• Experience with Spring framework
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Good understanding of the Java Virtual Machine (JVM)
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java, Kotlin, and Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean and efficient code, ensuring the best performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development
