Job Overview

As an IT Tender Analyst - Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the tendering team in analyzing and preparing responses to IT tenders. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the IT industry. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India and can be done remotely.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data
• Knowledge of IT integration, strategy, and business processes
• Ability to create BOM (Bill of Materials) and perform data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming IT tenders and contracts to identify requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and assist in the preparation of tender responses
• Conduct research on client organizations, competitors, and industry trends
• Assist in creating and maintaining an inventory of technical documentation, case studies, and reference materials
• Support the tendering team in coordinating and organizing meetings and presentations
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including technical specifications and pricing
• Contribute to the development of proposal templates and standard documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the tendering team
