Job Overview

The Service Coordinator role is a full-time, mid-level position located in Bangalore, encompassing both Bangalore Urban and Rural areas. The individual will be responsible for coordinating service operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and meeting customer expectations. As a key player, the coordinator will handle various aspects of service management to support our AV integration services.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software to maintain and enhance client relationships effectively.
  • Competent in using scheduling tools to manage and optimize service appointments and resource allocation.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports, managing databases, and facilitating communication.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems for efficient management of company resources and processes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools for evaluating service metrics and improving operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Experience in service coordination with a focus on optimizing customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service-related activities to ensure effective and efficient operations within the service department.
  • Interact with clients to understand service requirements and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
  • Manage scheduling of service appointments and ensure resource availability for timely service delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate resolution of service tickets and follow up on open issues.
  • Utilize CRM software to update and manage client information and service records accurately.
  • Analyze service performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to service operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
