Job Overview
Online Instruments is seeking a Senior Male Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, covering Bangalore Urban and Rural areas. This is a full-time position focused on driving our marketing strategy with a particular emphasis on both online and offline initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess an electrical or electronics industry background and demonstrate proficiency in orchestrating comprehensive marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in the electrical or electronics industry, which is considered a mandatory skill set (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing ATL and BTL marketing activities to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Strong background in both online and offline marketing, enabling the effective integration of digital and traditional media strategies.
- Ability to conduct detailed market analysis to inform strategic marketing decisions and identify new market opportunities.
- Experience in the AV industry is highly valued, contributing to more informed and impactful marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing to enhance brand awareness and engage with a broader audience base.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance market presence.
- Lead the execution of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Oversee online marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media engagements, and content marketing.
- Manage offline marketing efforts, such as events, trade shows, and print media, to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and upgrades.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, media partners, and key clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
