Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level AV Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Online Instruments in Bangalore and Vishakpatnam. The position is full-time and requires a highly skilled professional with 6 to 15 years of experience in project management within the AV industry. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects and working collaboratively across various teams to deliver exceptional AV solutions to our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in project management, particularly within the AV industry, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong risk management abilities to identify potential threats to projects and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, with a focus on guiding, motivating, and managing project teams.
- Proficiency in client management, ensuring consistent and clear communication to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Solid financial management skills, with the ability to budget, forecast, and deliver projects within financial constraints.
- Problem-solving skills, enabling the identification of obstacles and the development of innovative solutions to overcome them.
- Negotiation skills crucial for settling contracts, service agreements, and resolving potential disputes effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the AV industry and technology, staying ahead on trends and product developments to inform project strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of AV integration projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage and meet project deliverables and timelines efficiently.
- Ensure effective risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential project risks.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their AV solution needs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative working environment.
