Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time role requiring a professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various accounting software and tools, and will play a key role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in accounting or a related field with progressive growth
• Proficient in financial analysis to drive strategic planning and decision making processes
• Advanced skills in Excel, including ability to use complex formulas and data analysis tools
• Comprehensive experience with QuickBooks for maintaining financial transactions and reports
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP to manage enterprise-wide accounting activities
• Solid understanding of budget management principles to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance processes to ensure company adherence to regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with Tally for accounting purposes along with understanding of international accounting standards

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Analyze financial data and create reports to identify trends, evaluate financial performance, and project future revenues
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations in coordination with the financial compliance team
• Develop and manage budget planning to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Coordinate and assist with the preparation and completion of annual audits
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid long-term and short-term decision making
• Evaluate existing financial systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead the financial team to achieve timely and accurate reporting and resolution of complex accounting issues
