Job Summary : A Telecaller provides quality work and lead generation, being responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients or customers with the goal of promoting, selling products or services, or gathering information. Additionally, they may also handle inbound calls from customers seeking information, assistance, or making inquiries.

Role and Responsibility

• Initiating calls to potential clients or customers to promote and sell products or services.

• Handling incoming calls from customers seeking information, assistance, or making inquiries.

•  Providing product or service details and addressing customer queries.

• Gathering information about customer needs and preferences.

•  Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

•  Staying informed about product updates, industry trends, and sales techniques.

•  Following predefined scripts or guidelines for effective communication.

Requirements

•  Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients or customers over the phone.

•  Ability to listen attentively to customer inquiries and respond appropriately.

• Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to persuade potential customers to make a purchase.

•  A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent service and addressing customer needs.

•  Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as talking on the phone while entering information into a database.

•   Ability to quickly and effectively address customer concerns or issues.
