Job Title: Retail Print Store Manager

Job Role:

The store Manager is one who is responsible for all kind of store activities. Who can train and upgrade team of 10 related overall activities like discipline, professional attire, work, team engagement, client servicing part, who can make proper store workflow in all department of sales, front desk, costing, designing, print operators, production with implementations with team. Ability to expand store 1 to multiple branches.

Knowledge: digital print industry knowledge, costing, basic designing, print consultation, walking client engagement, team handling, good communication, Ms office, handle client pressure. 

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store. 

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
• Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
• Assigns duties to relevant employees
