Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior-level Telecaller to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is open in multiple locations including Ahmedabad, Rajkot, and Surat. The candidate should have a work experience rangng from 1 to 3 years. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a strong command over customer communication to effectively interact with diverse clients and understand their needs. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer records and track interactions efficiently.
• In-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and address customer queries appropriately.
• Skilled in data entry with high attention to detail for maintaining precise and organized records.
• Telemarketing abilities to initiate customer contact and promote products or services proactively.
• Adept at crafting persuasive sales pitches to convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Exceptional listening skills to accurately comprehend customer requirements and tailor responses accordingly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to potential clients and introduce them to the services and products offered by the company.
• Maintain updated records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives that best fit their requirements.
• Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
• Follow company policies and procedures for call scripts, business correspondence, and data handling.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and telecalling skills.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials as necessary and maintain professionalism during all communications.
