We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry, excellent communication skills, and strong technical knowledge. The role involves direct interaction with customers regarding vehicle servicing, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
• Prepare job cards and service estimates based on inspection.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop team to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Provide updates to customers regarding job status, delivery timelines, and additional repairs (if any).
• Maintain service records and customer follow-ups.
• Explain service charges, warranty terms, and service procedures to customers.
• Ensure all customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Promote value-added services and maintenance packages.

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile sector.
• Degree or diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing processes and customer handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, DMS/ERP systems, email).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
