• Lead and manage all plant operations and manufacturing processes to meet production targets.

• Coordinate with the production team to streamline processes aligned with lean manufacturing principles.
• Ensure that safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed across the plant.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams for effective inventory and stock management.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive process enhancements and innovation.
• Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
