🔹 Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified opportunities

🔹 Source leads via LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and relevant platforms

🔹 Maintain and manage accurate lead databases

🔹 Align campaigns and messaging with sales and marketing teams

🔹 Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to sales representatives

🔹 Analyze outreach data to optimize conversions and campaign performance

🔹 Conduct market research to target key decision-makers

🔹 Optimize CRM usage for better visibility and tracking

🔹 (Optional) Lead and mentor junior team members

✅ Qualifications

🔸 3–6 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales

🔸 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

🔸 Hands-on with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.

🔸 Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset

🔸 Prior experience across industries/markets is a plus
