📍 Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad

We are seeking a Commercial Executive – Export Operations to oversee export documentation, coordination, and dispatch for our retail sales division. Ideal for professionals with a keen eye for detail and a background in export logistics.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage export/import documentation (commercial invoices, packing list, shipping instructions)

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (freight forwarders, customs, etc.)

Oversee logistics, dispatch, and delivery schedules

Maintain communication with clients regarding shipments

Keep records updated via Excel & SAP

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or International Trade

2–3 years of relevant experience

Must have working knowledge of SAP

Strong communication, coordination & reporting skills
