• Must coordinate test drives efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
• Proven ability to maintain up-to-date product knowledge to address customer inquiries and objections.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Must have a strong understanding of the automobile industry (Mandatory skill).
