Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Field Sales Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position where you will lead sales efforts in the region, focusing on strategic planning and spearheading new business development. The ideal candidate will possess essential team leadership skills and the ability to generate leads while executing successful sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven team leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team (Mandatory skill).

- Skilled in account management, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Field sales experience with a track record of successful territory management and growth.
- Experience in branch handling, ensuring alignment with company policies and achieving business objectives.

- Lead and manage the field sales team in Ahmedabad, driving alignment with regional sales strategies.
