We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, and focuses on managing our clients’ Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Ads, and a passion for driving online success through efficacious SEM strategies. You will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' digital marketing results, ensuring their growth and competitiveness in the digital sphere.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and a strong understanding of how PPC campaigns drive business success.
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive keyword research to aid in successful ad targeting.
  • Expertise on real state lead generation required.
  • Solid understanding of PPC campaign management processes including budgeting, strategy, and execution.
  • Competence in using Google Analytics to measure performance, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Well-versed in search engine marketing (SEM) strategies and best practices to optimize ad spending and return.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve landing page performance.
  • Skilled in A/B testing methodologies to enhance ad effectiveness and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns aimed at achieving optimal ROI for clients.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword discovery and expansion to drive SEO goals.
  • Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics through Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing efforts.
  • Perform A/B and multivariate testing to ensure resources are spent efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate Google Ads campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports to track performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes in algorithms to maintain competitive edge.
