Responsibilities

·      Responsible to functional in all aspect of motor business.

·      SPOC to manage business & activity management Information system reports for CDO

·      Runs several Contest Between the Verticals

·      Handling commission pay-outs for agency channels

·      Taking care of Agent On-boarding and documentation for agency channels

·      Maintaining Rate commercials for agents of Motor Agency Channel

·      Back end Support on behalf of National Head for any co-ordination / queries

·      Keeping track of various data / MIS to derive business centric analysis.

·      Responsible for all IT Automation from Sales end

·      Preparing Review Presentation of Sales for National Head (on a Monthly Basis)

·      Team Handling and people management

Qualifications & Skils

• 4-5 years' of Sales support experience from Insurance and banking
• Function Area – Motor Insurance
• Ability to manage multiple projects and Stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Education - Graduate
