Job Roles and responsibilities:

1. Calling the Leads for Follow-up and addressing the queries.

2. Drafting emails and messages for the clients/leads.

3. Creating Documents for the operational process of the Sale

4. Maintaining Relationship Management for the retention of the leads

5. Daily maintenance and keeping track of the Leads on the CRM software of the company 6. getting analytical data every month for the database generated and growth expansion. 7. Scheduling meetings and co-ordinating for the sale and after-sale process

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
