The Educator HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing various HR functions related to our educators, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role is pivotal in maintaining a positive work environment and facilitating the growth and development of our educators.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Recruitment and Selection:*

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the selection process.Conduct reference checks and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

2. *Operations Management :*

Develop and implement a comprehensive program after the onboarding process of educators.

Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and expectations.

3.*Employee Relations:*

Act as a liaison between educators and the HR department. Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

4. *Data Management and Reporting:*

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for 

educators. Generate reports on HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Salary : 20-30k in hand
