As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective functioning of our organization by managing various HR activities. You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing a talented workforce while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Selection:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels and manage the entire recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  1. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork.
  • Conduct exit interviews and facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
  1. HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
  1. Compliance:
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
