As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients, promoting our services, and scheduling appointments. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to kick-start their career.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
• Minimum Qualification +2
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening skills and ability to empathize with candidates' concerns.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and achieve set goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients.
• Promote our programmes and services.
• Engage potential candidates and clients in meaningful conversations.
• Provide information to potential clients about available services and our programs.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth communication and resolve any queries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, appointments, and interactions with candidates and clients.
