As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting sales in our showroom located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in Furniture showroom sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Furniture showroom sales
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good product knowledge
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations

Job Description

- Explain Furniture Varieties to Walk-in Customers based on their requirement

- Ensure "Display Section" is well maintained & Presentable

- Management of showroom | Oversee complete day to day activity

- Make customer's In-Store experience Interactive, Engaging & Reassuring

- Handling customer inquiries relating to product offerings, pricing, billing etc.

- Maintaining a hospitality outlook and look presentable

- Patient and active listener

- Plan for activities to increase customer attraction | Advertising methods

- Sales Consultant will also handle major customers & help juniors with client interaction

- Sales Consultant will also guide Jr Sales Executives to increase Sales & conversion

- Sales Consultant will also ensure Smooth Co-ordination at showroom & team handling
