We are hiring a Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring the premises, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with less than 1 year of experience to start their career in security.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Qualification- 10th
• Strong observation and surveillance skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors
• Monitor the premises through CCTV cameras and regular patrols
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
• Maintain a professional and alert presence at all times
• Inspect and control access points, preventing unauthorized entry
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order
• Handle any conflicts or disturbances with tact and diplomacy
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with local authorities, if necessary
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills
