We are hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Qualifications and Skills
- No previous experience required, freshers are welcome
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Roles and Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain designated areas according to established standards
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Empty and clean trash containers
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with supplies
- Report any maintenance or repair issues
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with laundry and linen tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues
