Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience in creating visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create and design various materials for print and digital platforms, such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, website graphics, and email campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content that aligns with the company's brand identity.

Produce high-quality graphics and visuals that effectively communicate the desired message.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.
