Qualifications and Skills of Delivery Boy:

Fresher with less than 1 year of experience

Valid driver's license

Good knowledge of the local area and roadways

Physical stamina to lift and carry packages

Roles and Responsibilities of Delivery Boy:

Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner

Follow delivery routes and schedules

Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered intact

Collect payments and provide receipts when required

Maintain accurate records of deliveries

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Report any delivery discrepancies or vehicle issues to the supervisor

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
