We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to join our team. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in civil supervision. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in a construction company
- Solid knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee civil construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for project execution
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site
- Manage and maintain project documentation
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Collaborate with the project team to develop effective construction strategies
