Roles and Responsibilities

• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management
• Stay updated with the latest market developments and industry best practices
