This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative (MR) and be passionate about the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Less than 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative (MR)
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
• Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
• Achieve sales targets and objectives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events
• Stay updated with medical literature and product knowledge
