We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Nurse to provide essential healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes. As a Home Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring the patient's health, administering medication, assisting with daily activities, and providing emotional support to both the patient and their families. This is a full-time position with a focus on delivering high-quality care in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any +2/Graduate/ANM/GNM or equivalent qualification
• Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
• Monitor and assess the patient's health and condition on a regular basis
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Ensure the patient's safety and well-being at all times
• Educate patients and their families about disease management and self-care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
• Adhere to all medical ethics and confidentiality standards
