We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruitment Executive to join our team at Odisha Job Consultancy. As a HR Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our client companies. This is a full-time role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role for 1 to 3 years
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Academic counsellor experience is plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, applicant tracking, offer negotiation, and on boarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
