Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Oceanmtech, a leading software development company based in Surat, Gujarat, India. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruiting, payroll management, employee benefits design, performance management, and new hire onboarding. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources.

• Strong knowledge of recruiting and hiring practices
• Proficiency in payroll management systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
• Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Design and manage employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
• Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
• Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary
