Job brief - Customer Support Executive
-We are looking for a customer support specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our DMT application and service.
-Customer support specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
Customer Support Responsibilities:

•Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or Whatsapp chat.
•Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them.
•Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of DMT Application.
•Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
•Gather customer feedback (i.e. Playstore Rating) and share with our Technical, Sales and Design teams, also generate the customer reference.
•Update the company database by inputting information from each call.
•Inform customers about new features and functionalities of DMT application.
•Develop and maintain customer relations.
