We are looking for a passionate Android Developer to join our team at Oceanmtech. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Android applications. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with an opportunity to grow and showcase your skills in the field of Android development. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience as an Android Developer and a strong understanding of the Android ecosystem.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 years of experience as an Android Developer
• Proficient in Java and/or Kotlin
• Experience with Android SDK
• Good understanding of Android frameworks and architecture components
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Ensure the best possible performance and quality of the application
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
