As Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded footage into polished videos that align with our brand's vision. You will work closely with our creative team to understand project objectives, gather raw footage, and bring ideas to life through seamless editing techniques. Your attention to detail, storytelling abilities, and technical expertise will play a crucial role in producing high-quality videos that captivate our audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Edit raw video footage into engaging and visually appealing videos
2. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives
3. Trim, rearrange, splice, and synchronize video clips
4. Add transitions, sound effects, music, graphics, and visual effects as needed
5. Ensure all edited videos adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style
6. Review final videos for quality control before publication
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video editing techniques
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

1. Prior experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role
2. Demonstrated proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After effect, Final Cut Pro)
3. A keen eye for detail and an understanding of visual storytelling principles
4. Strong knowledge of audio mixing, color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
7. Strong communication skills to effectively understand and execute project requirements
8. A portfolio showcasing your previous video editing work
