Job Description

Provide AMS SAP JVA support – investigate and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, conduct problem management and continuous improvements

- Handle minor enhancements for the relevant skill/application

- Perform related system maintenance and monitoring activities

- Collaborate cross teams to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions to meet project objectives.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, user manuals, knowledge articles and SOPs

- Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Mentor and coach members of team to help increase their proficiency in SAP JVA
