This full-time role requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AIML with the ability to implement algorithms and optimize solutions (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with TensorFlow for developing and deploying machine learning models (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency with Databricks Products for collaborative data science (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning principles and methodologies for model development and validation.
• Expertise in Data Preprocessing techniques for cleaning and transforming raw data into valuable insights.
• Ability to visualize data effectively to communicate trends and patterns for decision-making processes.
• Experience in MLOps to streamline and automate model deployment, scaling, and monitoring processes.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex computational and operational challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve client-specific challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AIML solutions into existing business processes.
• Guide data preprocessing activities to ensure reliable and significant inputs for model training.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, and tools used within projects.
• Implement rigorous testing and validation frameworks to ensure robust model performance and scalability.
• Monitor model feedback and performance, iterating solutions based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Conduct research and stay updated on emerging AIML technologies and industry trends to maintain competitive solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members concerning best practices in AIML.
