NV5 Inc. Asia is expanding our business and currently we have four brands operating in the region and with offices in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Mainland China, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, India and Dubai. Our main clients include:

Job Title

Proposal Coordinator |Marketing, Branding and Technical Communication Team

Responsibilities

In this role, the candidate will assist NV5 India offices build a top-nudge engineering brand by working with different internal and external parties/ stakeholders to:

▪ Support commercial bidding by understanding key technical and customer requirements and producing technical contents including text and graphics in submission materials

▪ Assist the team to ensure proposals and bidding data correctly input in the company system and trackers

▪ Seek feedback internal and industrial best practices to improve writing quality

▪ Demonstrate skills in communication, time management with cross-region, cross-discipline stakeholders in a cooperative team environment

▪ Five India offices: Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad,

▪ Report to Regional Branding and Marketing Manager in Hong Kong.

Base Qualifications

▪ Bachelor or master’s degree in any discipline, engineering would be a plus

▪ At least 2 years of experience proposal writing and support

▪ Excellent writing and verbal communication in English, and ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner to different audiences

▪ Experienced in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel

▪ Basic knowledge of PDF editor, if experienced would be a plus

▪ An aptitude for understanding and communicating complex technical concepts

▪ Strong attention to details.

Bonus Qualifications

▪ 2 or more years of experience in proposal coordination with technical teams (engineers)

▪ Experience working for engineering or technology companies

▪ Copywriting experience would be a plus

The candidate will need to attach a writing sample to their application, essays, web pages for consideration.
