Job Title

Marketing Executive| Proposal Coordinator

(senior role will also be considered)

Responsibilities

In this role, the candidate will assist NV5 international, build a top-nudge engineering brand by working with different internal and external parties/ stakeholders to:

• Branding

-        Implement team branding standards across all NV5 verticals in Asia locations

-        Support the Branding and Marketing team to maintain the marketing documentation standards

-        Create and upkeep marketing and branding materials that convey key information clearly and concisely in text and graphics

• Support Bidding and Proposals

-        To understand key technical and customer requirements and work with marketing team/ business leaders/ operation teams to draft and modify contents including text and graphics in submission materials

-        To ensure the quality of the marketing/proposal officers on bidding submission

• Marketing

-        Support creation and manage contents in social media to build and promote the NV5 brand in Asia

-        Ensure consistency and quality of the marketing materials

-        Assist production of merchandise or any branding materials needed for events.

•  Communications and Leadership

-        Seek feedback internal and industrial best practices to improve shared service quality

-        Demonstrate skills in communication, time management with cross-region, cross-discipline stakeholders in a cooperative team environment.

-        Direct report to Regional Branding and Marketing Manager.

Base Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, preferably with engineering/science background.
• At least 4 years of experience marketing and communications, international experience will be an advantage
• Excellent writing and verbal communication in English, and ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner to different audiences
• Advanced skills in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel
•  Basic knowledge and experience with AI agents such as Copliot, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini, etc.
•  An aptitude for understanding and communicating complex technical concepts
•  Strong attention to details.

Bonus Qualifications

•  2 or more years of experience in digital marketing, LinkedIn company account management experience will be a bonus
•  Capability in Adobe InDesign/ Photoshop/ Illustration or any advanced graphic design tools will be an advantage
•  Experience working for engineering or technology companies
• Experienced in graphic design tools for graphic creation, e.g., Adobe InDesign or Illustrator
