PHE/Fire BIM Engineer Job Description

• Ability to develop 3D BIM models of Fire / PHE system and components using Revit on all different LOD levels.
• Ability to create accurate and detailed documentation, including drawings and schedules.
• Preparing sprinkler piping, water supply and drainage layouts.
• Preparing Revit families
• Extracting CAD drawings from Revit
• Creating and Managing Clash Analysis for the Projects
• Conducting QA/QC on every stage of Model submission.

Education And Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience BIM Modelling and Coordination
• Should be good in Model Coordination and BIM process.
• BIM Tool- Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 Collaboration.
