Job Description – Accountant

• The person will be responsible for Accounts and Finance Department
• Candidate – Expert in Financial Planning, Preparing Budget & Balance Sheet

Location : Kolhapur - Maharashtra

Position Objective and Overview of Role :

Financial Planning and Budget

Main responsibilities:

• Accounting data and produce financial reports
• Enforce Proper accounting methods, Policies and Principles.
• Prepare Budget.
• Prepare Balance Sheet (Profit/Loss Statements)
• Timely Bank Payments
• Payment follow-up / Payment Recovery
• Compute Taxes and Prepare Tax Returns
• Audit
• Team Handling
• ERP Working

Qualifications:

Degree:

• B.Com/ M.Com or MBA Finance, CA intern.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical Ability
• Knowledge of Digital Tools
• Key Skills : Accounting Organizational Skills

Minimum number of years’ experience in a similar position:

2 - 7 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.

Experience :

• Accounting/Financing Experience in Relevant Industry
• Exceptional communication skills and decision making
• Competencies (Critical Skills, Aptitudes & Personality)

Intellectual

• Creative, Problem Solver, able to pull multiple perspectives to derive complete solutions, Analytical, logical thinker
• Ability to develop, rationalize, and present strategy
