Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Equity-based Compensation Position Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team at NPPD CARE, a healthcare services provider. As the CTO, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's technology strategy, including overseeing the engineering, product, and technology teams. This is a unique opportunity for a CTO to join an early-stage startup with significant equity-based compensation. We are building a platform that will connect healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies in one easy-to-use interface.About the Role:As a co-founder of NPPD CARE, you will work closely with the other co-founders to build and grow the company. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end responsibilities including but not limited to:<ul><li>Developing and executing the company's strategic plan and vision</li><li>Building and managing the company's team</li><li>Raising funding and managing investor relations</li><li>Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities</li><li>Building and managing partnerships with healthcare providers and insurance companies</li><li>Building and managing the technology platform</li><li>Ensuring regulatory compliance and security protocols</li><li>Representing the company at industry events and conferences</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in a related field (healthcare, technology, entrepreneurship, etc.)</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Experience with fundraising and managing investor relations</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to think strategically and execute tactically</li><li>Experience building and managing partnerships and/or B2B sales</li><li>Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory landscape is a plus</li></ul>Compensation:This position is an equity-only opportunity for the initial days.
