Job Overview


We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trending Youth Technologies PVT LTD, one of India's trusted online shopping sites. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. Fresher with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Working experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
  • Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding product selection, pricing, order status, and delivery
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues if necessary
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
