Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team at Trending Youth Technologies PVT LTD. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and resolving customer inquiries or issues. This is a full-time position with a Junior level requirement, 1 to 3 years of experience, and the job location is Mohali, Punjab, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.

- Must have basic Excel Knowledge.
