Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
Create engaging and informative content for social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and analyze social media and website analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage and oversee the company's website, ensuring that it is optimized for search engine ranking and user experience.
Collaborate with other departments, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
Identify new digital marketing opportunities, trends, and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Requirements, Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in a creative / advertising agency.
Experience in handling lead generation campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic and paid advertising platforms for varied clients and industries.
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) best practices.
Proficiency in social media marketing (SMM) across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Hootsuite.
Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
