We are hiring Tele Collection Officers on behalf of our client, Secure Debt Management Consultants Pvt Ltd (SDMCPL) – one of India’s most trusted and compliant B2B collections service providers. Secure Debt enables top NBFCs, banks, and digital lenders to recover portfolios ethically through a tech-enabled, process-driven approach.

- Team Leader (TL) / Assistant Manager (AM)
- Internal Training & Quality Management Support Teams
External:
- Portfolio Manager / Representative(s) from the Client Side
Role Overview
This role involves making outbound calls to customers with overdue payments to initiate and manage collections. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure recovery targets are met while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Both DRA-certified and Non-DRA candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact delinquent / pre-delinquent customers using pre-defined scripts.
- Inform customers of their overdue status and obtain promise to pay (PTP).
- Ask relevant questions to understand reasons for default.
- Address customer queries about products or services in a professional manner.
- Enter and update customer information and responses accurately in the collections CRM.
- Follow all call quality guidelines and regulatory compliance protocols.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet or exceed daily/monthly assigned targets.
- Continuously meet individual productivity and efficiency benchmarks.
- Exhibit strong team player skills and support peers to achieve collective goals.
What We're looking for:
- Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi/ English/ Tamil/ Telugu/ Kannada and English and any regional language)
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems.
- Prior experience in tele-collections, tele-sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
- DRA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in collections, BPO, tele-sales, or customer service is advantageous.
