Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Digital Technology Engineering to lead and guide our digital initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our backend services, ensuring a best-in-class user experience across all digital channels. You will lead a team of talented Node.js developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall backend strategy, aligning with business goals and industry best practices.
- Define and implement microservices development standards, best practices, and guidelines.
- Stay updated on latest technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Plan, manage, and execute backend development projects on time and within budget.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and meet business requirements.

Education & Experience:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent Computer Science degree
- Experience: 10+ years (with at least 3 years in a leadership role)

- Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Spring Boot & Database Management (SQL/NoSQL)
- Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- CI/CD & DevOps (GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube)
- API Development & Management (REST, GraphQL, API Gateway)
- Version Control Systems (Git, Bitbucket)
